Aerospace Engineering Class Tests Out Gliders

Aerospace Engineering is not a new course to Walkersville High School; however, it is a fascinating class where you are taught hands on experience.
“Aerospace engineering is part of the Project Lead the Way program. It is a class where students are learning about the aerodynamics of flight,” said teacher Jennifer Greger. “Today, we are designing, building and testing gliders.”
“It’s a great class that will look good on college applications,”said junior Kaitlyn Tokarz.
“Ms. Greger is the best teacher,” said senior Brad Murray.
“I think that this class is awesome because you get a lot of real life application in the class,” senior Sam Friedman said.
“This class is nice because there’s a lot of hands on work that keeps it fun and interesting every day,” said senior Jesse Eyler.
Overall, the class is a fascinating experience that everybody should take advantage of. With the hands on experiments, great teacher, and willing to learn students, it’s an opportunity that everybody should try to take.
