Halloween Is Almost Here!
by Ashley Terry
The leaves are falling, the weather is getting colder and Halloween is this Saturday.
With Halloween quickly approaching, students are making final preparations for Halloween.
Whether it’s their costumes, or house decorations, there is still a lot to be done for some students.
Sophomore Nora Johnston is excited for her house decorations. “My mom is putting stickers on the windows of my house.”
Junior Faith Gordon is “staying home for Halloween.”
My family is making the final touches on our decorations for our house this week as well.
The most exciting part of Halloween is trick or treating.
Most seniors are doing final preparations for their dress up day this Thursday.
Senior Amber Orencia is “dressing up as Donald Duck” for senior dress up day. “He is the love of my life and I will be making my costume. I’m excited because it is unique and I will be the best Donald Duck out there.”
A lot of people are binge watching the Halloweentown series and Hocus Pocus to get them ready for this Saturday — including myself.
Trick or treating is the children’s favorite part of Halloween. I mean it’s an excuse for free candy and to see awesome decorations and haunted houses.
Halloween is this Saturday!
